John Ley: Under Investigation and Out of Touch

While John Ley talks about “value,” what’s really at stake is his integrity and his extremist agenda.

How can we trust John Ley to lead us when he can’t even follow the law?

John Ley’s credibility is already in tatters as he faces a serious investigation for voter fraud. Ley provided false information for voter registration and provided false information on a declaration of candidacy (The Columbian). This blatant violation of the law calls into question his ability to represent us with integrity.

He has manipulated the system for his own gain, undermining the trust that every citizen places in our elections. We need leaders who respect the democratic process, not those who cheat the system.

Anti-Abortion Extremist¹

John Ley is an anti-abortion extremist who wants to ban all elective abortions, including in cases of rape and incest. He opposes funding for Planned Parenthood, putting millions of women’s health at risk.

John Ley doesn’t care about women’s health or rights – his agenda is about control.

Climate Change Denier¹

John Ley has publicly stated that climate change “isn’t settled science” and claims there’s no evidence humans are causing it​.

At a time when wildfires, floods, and extreme weather are threatening our very way of life, John Ley’s refusal to accept reality is not just ignorant – it’s dangerous.

Healthcare Hypocrite²

Ley wants to repeal the Affordable Care Act, calling it a “cruel joke”​.

By dismantling this law, Ley would strip healthcare coverage from thousands of families in our district, leaving them without access to essential services.

Without the protections of the ACA, many families would be forced to choose between going bankrupt or receiving the healthcare they need. Ley’s reckless disregard for healthcare access shows how out of touch he is with the real struggles of working families.

A Politician for Sale³

John Ley loves to talk about “value,” but the only value he seems to care about is the money flowing into his campaign from special interests. Ley has deep ties to wealthy donors and corporate interests, taking their money while supporting policies that hurt our families

So where’s the “value” in John Ley?

The truth is, there isn’t any.

John Ley’s record is clear: he’s under investigation for voter fraud, denies climate change, supports hate groups like the Proud Boys, and wants to strip women of their rights.

His agenda is not only out of touch but dangerous for the future of our district. We need leaders who will stand up for science, reproductive rights, and justice – not someone who threatens the very fabric of our community for his own gain.
